MAGSTRIPE TRACKING WORDS have a family of programmes to
read data encoded in the magstripe, on
dedicated standalone systems for room
and session control, 'business card' labels
or data capture on stands. If networked,
displays can show who has arrived, who
has a message, the session programme
and whether someone is in a dedicated
room (e.g. a sponsored lounge). Prime
locations can be use for 'area tracking'
